Attending appointment during Covid 19

Attending your appointment is a little different at the moment due to Covid 19 restrictions.

 

In order for us to comply with government restrictions you will need to declare that you are well and able to attend no more than 24 hours prior to the session, this is done by submitting the  Health Declaration form below.

At the moment we are not able to provide waiting space so when you arrive at The Vitality Rooms please try not to be too early as you will need to wait in your car until I will come down and greet you.

Once I have come down for you we will sanitise our hands as we enter the building and go on up for the appointment as normal. 

I will be wearing an appropriate PPE visor as per government guidelines, it is then optional for you to wear a face covering at the moment...this could change and I will update information when necessary.

You are welcome to use the bathroom as normal ensuring you wash and sanitise hands after use.

Session payments can be made using card, online transfer or through your booking if you have made this online. 

Please note that in the unlikely event that you develop Covid 19 symptoms overnight you must contact me at your earliest opportunity to rearrange your appointment or swap to a video session if you are an existing client.

Please fill out the following health declaration form in order to comply with government guidance prior to your appointment. Submissions are valid up to 24 hours prior to the session.
Are you experiencing any flu like symptoms including: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Body aches, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea?
