Hello, I'm Immy

I'm an Integrative Wellness Practitioner and massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel good, move well and build healthy habits that work in real life.
My journey started through sport and fitness and has grown into a broader interest in how movement, nutrition, physical wellbeing and mindset all connect.
I'm passionate about bringing these different perspectives together as part of the Well Balanced You Framework — helping create a more complete, practical and individual approach to wellbeing.
My Story
My passion for health, movement and wellbeing began through sport. From an early age, I became fascinated by how the body works, how we can support it through movement and recovery, and how different aspects of our wellbeing influence how we feel and function.

My interest led me to develop knowledge across coaching, personal training and nutrition, giving me a broad understanding of physical wellbeing and the different factors that can influence how we feel in our bodies.
I’ve since moved into massage and soft tissue work, where I particularly enjoy working one-to-one with people and understanding what their bodies need. My treatments are practical and individual, with a focus on helping people feel more comfortable, supported and at ease in their bodies.

I take an integrative approach to massage, recognising that how we feel physically doesn’t always exist in isolation. Movement, activity, recovery, lifestyle and everyday demands can all play a part in how our bodies feel. My wider knowledge allows me to look beyond the immediate area of discomfort and consider the person as a whole.

My approach is friendly, encouraging and down to earth. I take the time to understand what you need from your treatment, whether that’s simply some time to relax and switch off, support for tired or tight muscles, or a more focused approach to areas that are causing discomfort.

I’m excited to bring my perspective to the Well Balanced You Framework™, combining my knowledge of movement, fitness, nutrition and soft tissue work. My approach reflects the belief that wellbeing isn’t about focusing on one area in isolation, but about understanding how the different parts of our lives and health connect — and finding what works for each individual.
