Curious about kinesiology? Let’s start your journey!

Kinesiology is all about understanding how the body, mind, and energy work together — in simple, practical ways. The Foundation course is the perfect starting point if you’d like to learn techniques to support your own wellbeing, help friends and family, or even explore a new career in holistic health.
Over a series of interactive, hands-on workshops, you’ll discover the tools and knowledge to start making a real difference in everyday life. This course is friendly, practical, and completely supportive — no previous experience required.

How Does the Foundation Training Work?

The Foundation course includes up to 90 hours of in-person training, depending on group sizes (minimum two maximum four students). In addition, there’s home study of around 1–2 hours per week, and you’ll complete 25 case study sessions with family, friends, or willing colleagues.
At the end, there’s a practical assessment and a multiple-choice paper to secure your qualification. The course is designed to be interactive, engaging, and fun — all within a supportive learning environment.
Everything you need to complete your training is provided — you just need to bring your lunch! The Kinesiology Association (KA) training materials were fully updated in 2020, ensuring you’ll learn the most current, practical techniques available.
