Hello, I'm Immy

I'm an Integrative Wellness Practitioner with a passion for helping people feel good, move well and build healthy habits that work in real life.
My journey started through sport and fitness and has grown into a broader interest in how movement, nutrition, physical wellbeing and mindset all connect.
I'm passionate about bringing these different perspectives together as part of the Well Balanced You Framework — helping create a more complete, practical and individual approach to wellbeing.
My Story
Integrative Wellness Practitioner

Immy's passion for health, movement and wellbeing began at school, where sport played a big part in her life. Through playing and training, she became increasingly interested in understanding how the body works, how to maintain good health and fitness, and how the right balance of movement, nutrition and recovery can support us to perform at our best.

That interest continued into college, where she developed her knowledge across a range of areas including coaching, personal training and nutrition. This gave her a broader understanding of the different factors that contribute to physical wellbeing, and sparked a deeper interest in how these areas connect.

As her experience developed, Immy moved into soft tissue work, expanding her understanding of the body, movement and the importance of supporting physical wellbeing in a more individualised way.

Today, Immy takes an integrative approach to wellbeing, bringing together her knowledge of movement, fitness, nutrition, coaching and soft tissue work. Rather than seeing these areas as separate, she is interested in how they can work together to support the whole person.
Her approach is practical, encouraging and individual. It's about understanding where someone is now, what they want to achieve and what might help them make positive, sustainable changes.
Immy is also part of the thinking behind the Well Balanced You Framework. Together, we are developing an approach that recognises that wellbeing isn't about one single area of life. Physical health, movement, nutrition, mindset, energy and everyday life are all connected — and what we need can change as life changes.

Immy brings together her knowledge and experience across movement, fitness, nutrition and soft tissue work to support a more complete approach to wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people understand what their bodies need, develop sustainable habits and find approaches that work for them as individuals and within the reality of everyday life.

Her contribution to the Well Balanced You Framework reflects this belief that wellbeing is not about one single area, but about how the different parts of our lives work together.
