Learn Kinesiology
Would you like to learn the amazing muscle testing therapy that is kinesiology?
As a Kinesiology Association accredited tutor, I can teach you.
I currently run focussed Foundation & Professional Diploma training courses either 1-1 or small groups upto six people in Wiltshire.

Why Learn Kinesiology?
How does the training work?
The foundation course consists of upto 90 hours (depending on group sizes) of in-person training, which can be taught over 6 weekends on a monthly basis, 1-1 at agreed times over week days, weekends or evenings by prior arrangement. In addition, you will be expected to undertake home study of approximately 1-2 hours per week, plus carry out a total of 25 case study sessions, with family members, friends, or willing colleagues. There will be a final practical assessment alongside a multiple-choice question paper to secure your qualification. The training is designed to be interactive and fun and you will be in a completely supported learning environment.
Everything you need to complete your training is provided ( so you can just bring your lunch!) The KA training materials and syllabus underwent a complete review in 2020 so the KA foundation course offers the most up-to-date training in kinesiology. This little video gives you a sneak peek at the materials you will receive.
What's covered on the course?

On the foundation course, you will learn the full requirement of 42 muscle tests, how these connect to the body's systems and organs, and how to use them confidently. Because kinesiology is a completely holistic therapy the course also covers lots of additional techniques that complement the muscle tests and enable the rebalancing of the body by investigating:
-
Emotions & stress,
-
Nutritional deficiencies, imbalances & chemical overload
-
Energy flow within the body
-
Structural imbalances
By the end of the course, you will have a wonderful 'tool kit' of techniques to really help yourself and those around you.

Is the course suitable for anyone?

Absolutely! as long as you are over eighteen, with an open and inquisitive mind and a willingness to embark on an exciting journey of self-discovery, then this is for you! You don't need to have any previous experience in complementary therapies or careers in this field. Definitely consider kinesiology foundation training if:
-
You would love to assist friends and family in their journey to happiness and good health.
-
Are interested in a career change. The foundation course is obligatory for those wishing to carry on to study a diploma course.
-
You are an existing practitioner working in the health industry. Using the muscle testing techniques you will learn in this course will provide a deeper layer to your treatments and also ensures that all recommendations (e.g. of remedies, products etc) are 100% tailored to the unique needs of the client. Nutritionists, GPs, homeopaths, chiropractors, osteopaths, reflexologists, massage therapists, and essential oil specialists, have been astounded by the skills, knowledge and added precision that kinesiology has brought to their roles.
-
For people wishing to spend time with like-minded people: learning, laughing and growing!

Like many of us who have trained in kinesiology we discovered it by seeking help for our own health and were blown away by the results! I certainly left my first session thinking 'I have to learn this', and the more I have learnt the more I want to know!
Foundation training is the first step to learning all about this amazing therapy and how you can use it to help yourself, family, and friends and even have a kinesiology practice of your own.
The unique muscle testing techniques that you will learn will enable you to understand the body and its systems and establish what it needs to bring it back into a state of balanced wellness.
No other modality incorporates emotional, nutritional, chemical, structural, physical, meridians and other energetical systems in its all-encompassing holistic approach to allowing the body to recover its good health. It is the perfect marriage of east meets west philosophies, and it's amazing!
