During this first session we will go through an initial consultation form which will briefly cover any relevant past issues and ailments but more importantly why you are in need of some support now. Following the initial chat will be a full treatment assessing the mind and body as a whole. You will leave the session feeling lighter and much more in control of how you are feeling and why.
